Not so much rules but clarifications.

You need to provide a valid email address, in is, you need a "@" with an extension (e.g. hotmail.com). You have the option of not displaying your email address publically so there's no need to mask how your email address is written.
If you going to put a website that you own, you must have put the code up before you join. When I check your site for a link back and there is none, then I simply won't add your site (just your name and/or email). It doesn't have to be a button, it can be a text link. To make it easier on me, put the direct URL to where your code is on your site in the "comment" box when you join.
I will not be listing any site information of sites that contain extreme racist, hate or pornographic material. Your name and/or would nonetheless be listed still.
If you're already a member and need to update your information, no need to join again! Just use the update form.
